Navigation simple à l'exposition SMM Hambourg 2022

La 30e édition du SMM s’est déroulée à Hambourg les 6 et 9 septembre, pour la première fois depuis 4 ans. Avec plus de 2 000 entreprises exposantes et 30 000 visiteurs de l’industrie de plus de 100 pays, l’exposition est essentielle sur le marché de la marine.

Francisco Celaya, Business Development Director for STAMFORD | AvK said: “This event is very relevant to us as we are particularly focused on the marine segment. This year we showcased our recently launched STAMFORD S7 water-cooled alternator, which received exceptional interest, with many visitors interested in its functionality for Marine applications.” 

The STAMFORD | AvK  team were on hand to discuss proven solutions for hybrid and diesel propulsion, auxiliary and shaft power. The stand was also proud to feature the VARD partnership on the Skandi Iceman vessel, complete with live tracking.

Partnerships with key OEM genset and engine manufacturers were celebrated throughout the event, with many sharing their experiences with STAMFORD | AvK through the years and discussing future decarbonisation opportunities.
