STAMFORD | AvK Strengthens Global Service Capability with Successful Training Courses in Indonesia

STAMFORD | AvK has successfully concluded two intensive Service Training Courses in Indonesia, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to technical excellence and world-class aftermarket support across the Asia-Pacific region.

The courses brought together service professionals from Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia, including teams from Cummins Taiwan, Shung Ye Trading, Hong King Electrical, alongside newly appointed dealers Samturaga, EMACS, and RMEM. This diverse group of participants created a highly collaborative environment, where shared experience and practical insight strengthened both learning and network connection.

The training sessions were designed to enhance real-world service capability, combining structured technical instruction with hands-on practice and open technical discussion. Participants developed a deeper understanding of alternator fundamentals, strengthened their knowledge of advanced maintenance procedures for dual-axis machines, and built greater confidence in diagnostics and troubleshooting.

By focusing on practical application, the course ensured that learning translated directly into improved service readiness and stronger customer support in the field.
