Service Training is delivered at our training centre, in Daventry, UK. Qualification courses have to be delivered in training centres with training equipment and tooling. Customer familiarization courses can be delivered at customer sites.

Fundamentals of AC Generators

Inspection and Lite Repair
4 hours | Virtual | No prerequisites
Gain the skills to perform visual inspections, static tests, and basic repairs on LV STAMFORD alternators (S0-S5).

Basics of AC Generators

Bearings I

Learn antifriction bearing theory, maintenance, regreasing, fault diagnosis, and replacement procedures.

Bearings II

Advanced clamped bearing training for AvK DIG 142 machines, including specialist tools and installation methods.

Sleeve Bearings

Covers servicing, lubrication, assembly, and troubleshooting of DSG and DIG sleeve bearings.

AVR Adjustments
