Pure Landmarks LLP, operating under the brand name Solitaire, required a robust and efficient power backup system to support its critical infrastructure in Pune, India. Due to the area’s frequent grid outages, a reliable genset was essential to ensure uninterrupted power supply to vital operations and services.

Genset Specification and Technical Details
At the heart of this power solution is the 500 kVA STAMFORD HC5 alternator, integrated into a CPCB IV+ diesel generator set supplied by Greaves Cotton Limited. Selected for its performance and environmental compliance, the HC5 alternator features an AS440 automatic voltage regulator and delivers a nominal output of 415V at 50Hz. Supporting continuous power output up to 500 kVA and a voltage range of 380–690V, the STAMFORD alternator ensures stable, robust power generation.

Compliance, Manufacturing, and Noise Control
The generator set, built by Greaves, complies with CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) and CAQM (Commission for Air Quality Management) emission standards. Designed for reliability, durability, and environmental responsibility, each unit undergoes rigorous testing to ensure consistent low-emission performance. Its acoustic canopy-treated through a fourteen-tank process-enhances corrosion resistance, structural integrity, and noise reduction, ideal for urban and sensitive sites.

CAQM applies to ratings above 1010 kVA. A 500 kVA falls under CPCB IV+ compliance.
